FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How far in advance can we book for teas?
    Teas can be booked up to a month in advance.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept e transfer, cash, debit and Visa & Mastercard.
  • What times are your teas offered?
    Our tea times are set at 12noon and 2pm with a duration of 90 minutes.
  • Do you host children's tea parties?
    Yes, we can arrange to host children's tea parties as a special event.
  • What can I expect at your Afternoon Tea?
    We endeavour to make your visit a pleasant and restful experience. You will be seated at one of our tables and served your food and teas by our servers. All food is home baked on site, fresh and delicious. Dress is smart casual.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. As we prepare all our food freshly, a same day cancellation results in full charges.
  • What is your booking policy for weddings?
    We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% or $1,000 to be made as an initial deposit with the remaining balance due no later than 7 business days prior to the date of the event.
  • Can we bring our own vendors?
    We have a list of local vendors who we work with. However, we can discuss if you have your own vendors and adapt.
  • Do you allow dogs at your property?
    We allow well-behaved, on-leash dogs that are accompanied by their owners for teas or weddings. Your dogs must be calm as we have livestock on the farm and do not wish them to be disturbed. We ask that you notify us of this request beforehand so that suitable seating can be arranged outdoors. Owners are responsible to clean up after their dogs and to care for them. No dogs allowed for the Lavender tours.
